- Ruth set up a trial of Zoho Backstage at https://mautic.zohobackstage.eu/mauticon-global-2025 - it does not seem to have any capacity to run a Call for Speakers, which is a big part of the workload for our team.
- Ruth set up a trial of Pretix at https://pretix.eu/mautic/mauticon-global-25/ - seems to do everything we need. Pretalx is giving some challenges (mautic org name seems to be taken) - trying to work around that, have sent an email. Have asked for a trial from Venueless, also.
- As nobody else arrived, closing meeting early.
