From logistics and event design to marketing efforts and sponsor relations, our discussions cover a wide spectrum. It's a vibrant forum where your ideas can truly make a difference!

Meeting Minutes
* Ricardo and Lenon visited the venue and shared some images and videos of the location
* There’s an option to go back the day before but we have to pay double for that - we think that it’s better to just get there earlier
* There’s a room right next door to the main room we were planning to use which will work better for us
* There's one large room, around 200 attendees, and two smaller rooms for 100, the rooms are connected and there's a space in between the two.
* What are our thoughts with people who want to support on the ground and get some recognition (e.g. as a supporter)?
* In the past we haven’t done that - we do shout out the individuals and list them on the website as being part of the team / share thank yous
* Could add the company name to the individual team members on the keynote

* Waiting to chat with the company to decide on the accommodation to use - Lenon will catch up with Ricardo

* Event is created and adapted the CfS. Timeline we shared in Slack

* We need to get the website live with basic info, then we can launch the CfS.
* Pending Ricardo’s design, which will be sent today or tomorrow for us to review.
* We need to back up the website to static (Ruth to action that)
* Start working on what is needed content-wise
* Announcement blog post including CfS - use the previous template and update it for Lisbon
* We have two people who have applied to join the team, and Lenon has two people who have also stepped up to be involved too.
* Lenon and Ricardo will follow up with them - Ruth will forward the applications to Lenon and Ricardo.

* Sponsor packages are set up at https://opencollective.com/mautic/events/mautic-conference-europe-2024-17240ca6 based on the tiers we used for Mautic Conference Europe in the past.

* Ticket sales - decided to make tickets $200 early bird and $250 regular
