From logistics and event design to marketing efforts and sponsor relations, our discussions cover a wide spectrum. It's a vibrant forum where your ideas can truly make a difference!

Notes from this meeting:

• Shortly discussed status about Global Mauticon Videos and how to put them on YouTube
• Sven will put them on YT once they are finished rendering
• Ekke will work on the rendering
• The dates are confirmed, Ricardo and Lenon will be visiting the venue today as the person there has been on vacation.
• Awards event will either be the evening of the conference or the evening after the community sprint (the latter might help to keep more people there for the sprint)
• Lenon has a chat with someone about speaking - possible keynote
• Team: We need to have some more people in the team
• We've had applications for the marketing and outreach team lead and the contribution day lead (in the MautiCon inbox)
• Action: We should do another push to try to find more people to pull in the team lead roles within a week or so, ideally as we need to start making progress. Roles are posted in the community portal here: https://community.mautic.org/processes/contribute-to-mautic/f/75/

• Contribution Day Lead: We have 1 application from Esther Okafor.
• Design/website - we need to get moving on this sooner rather than later as it blocks things like the Call for Speakers.
• Call for speakers should be out in the next week or two ideally - website needs to support this.
• Ricardo will share designs from Figma, and then we can publish it on Canva as a brand kit
