Agenda:
- Introductions
- Presentation on status of the UI/UX refresh
- Discussion on working collaboratively as a tiger team
- Create a branch from 5.1 called ux-redesign and the team will make PRs against that for each section, then we will make a full PR against 5.1 when we have completed the redesign work
- Team will take on specific work and work on a branch from the ux-redesign branch on their repo.
- Style guide to be in the dev docs with check in automated tests on GitHub to enforce no inline styling
- Could we do a benchmark UX study?
- What variables can we use in the user interface relating to the logged-in user.
Actions
- Ruth to make the branch from 5.1 for the UX refresh
- Anderson to make a PR to merge the Marketplace into this branch
- Anderson needs to know how to change the HTML and bring more functionality - e.g. getting the logged in user first name - documented in Jira as to how to do it so we can be ready for it. Anderson will add a label so we can filter the issues and get a developer to give that input / feedback ready for the work to start.
