Notes
- There will be some tweaks to the schedule as one session has backed out, and one slot needs a different slot as it's too late in the evening for them and some others need to be moved around as well. Once confirmed the sessions will be moved to Airmeet.
- We still need to have someone taking on the last session as track lead for day 2 - Madlen will reach out in the German call today, and also the slack channel. Timezone wise it suits EU or USA, it's a bit late for the India timezone. - Ruth will do the welcome session, rolled into the keynote. Ekke will ask Niklas/Dirk to be the track lead
- $5250 total raised to date for sponsorship, some last minute flurries!
- We could add a sponsor slide to the countdown timers so they're featured before each session - Ekke to ask in marketing team and see if someone will pick it up, with Sven as a fallback.
- Need to follow up on Airmeet design work from Sven
- Need to test the Konfhub -> airmeet integration, making sure users get their Airmeet link. Ruth and Rahul to figure out the process with n8n
- Ekke to upload Spreadshirt designs to Drive and Ruth to add to Spreadshirt
- We've sold 93 tickets and 22 due to be claimed via sponsor codes, so we're over 100
- Ivan suggested that we could in the future use a spinning wheel gamification to drive more engagement and leads, also that we could do a post to give away some tickets for people to like/share/tag a friend on social. Avi and Ivan to coordinate on this.
- Discussed Portugal proposal, looks positive and although there were some questions (e.g. about free tickets v small charge, there isn't a firm confirmation of a venue) universal agreement to proceed with the proposal.
- Give them the go-ahead and request confirmation of the location (Ruth to action on the portal)
- Announce date and location at Mautic Conference Global [in the Mautic Update and the closing]
