We need someone to work on this project part time, approx 5 hours a week for two months, to ensure that things continue to move forward at pace.
Ruth will write a proposal to the Council to use existing unused budget from the Marketing Team.

The council reviewed this in their meeting and decided that the Project Lead should take on this responsibility, recognizing that this will mean other duties will need to be distributed to others.
