Actions from previous meeting

  1. Action: All to review proposed wireframes and decide which option we want to move forward with, and provide feedback on the proposed designs (all is open to comment) - please either leave on Figma or the Google Doc under the section 'Feedback on the homepage wireframe proposals' by the end of the 18th July.
  2. Some feedback from Angelo, Ricardo shared some research and feedback, and Ruth gave some feedback on the Figma designs also
  3. Action: Ruth to share the meeting notes and what people said they'd be interested in contributing towards on Slack
  4. Action: Ruth to open discussion on Slack about the 1 page v multiple page landing page experience for further discussion
  5. Action: Once we decide on a direction for the homepage, we can start the initial build process and share a first proof of concept

Notes from this meeting

  1.  We looked at the study/research that Ricardo has done - it's great! We think the stakeholders do have some duplication, it'd be good to make sure that we use these to view the work we do to on the design process
  2. We can use this as input for others to review the design work once we've got it created - it's a bit late in coming as we could do with applying the feedback of what a persona would experience from the proposed wireframes. If folks want to do this still, we can always make changes/tweaks as we work through the design / build process, even after the site is live
  3. This research would also be a good basis for the wider Marketing team to build such guidelines/docs from.
  4. Mike will use both design inspirations to give some ideas of what it might look like and we can then make a decision to go forward - we need to make those decisions soon so Mike will create those designs this week (tomorrow) so we need to give timely feedback.
  5. We will use the Jira board to manage the tasks, and from that we'll set some milestones.

Actions from this meeting

  1.  Mike will put together two ideas for the homepage based on the two themes that Ricardo had suggested and his own ideas. We hope to incorporate also the styles that we're planning to introduce into the product itself so there's some feature parity. All to provide feedback from tomorrow (24th July) during the following week (Mike and Ruth are both out for two weeks from this Friday)
  2. Sven to pass the research that Ricardo has done to Marketing so that they can further develop and refine this for use project-wide.
  3. To start using the Jira board in two-weekly sprint cycles so we can plan, estimate and assign tasks and ensure folks receive contribution credits for the work they're doing.
