Notes

  • Discussion on the venue we've been offered and how to manage multi-tracks

  • Could we perhaps bring across the partition so we have 2/3 of the room for one track, and 1/3 of the room as a sceond room. Perhaps then for the awards session in the evening to bring back the partition wall.

  • Questions to ask facilities:

  • Can we separate out the tracks into two rooms

  • Can we stream into the second room for the opening keynote?

  • Could we remove the partition at around 5.30 so we can have one large room for the awards event

  • Discussion on potential sponsors

  • Ruth would like us to have a track which is focused on digital sovereignty, privacy and related topics

  • Sven suggested we could have the second room in a split track - one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

  • Ima-Abasi asked how long we expect sessions to be and which types of sessions

  • Ruth suggested keeping how we've had it before - 45 minute session of 30 minutes and 15min Q&A
