Notes
Discussion on the venue we've been offered and how to manage multi-tracks
Could we perhaps bring across the partition so we have 2/3 of the room for one track, and 1/3 of the room as a sceond room. Perhaps then for the awards session in the evening to bring back the partition wall.
Questions to ask facilities:
Can we separate out the tracks into two rooms
Can we stream into the second room for the opening keynote?
Could we remove the partition at around 5.30 so we can have one large room for the awards event
Reviewed the budget - https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1RdfgwTyXZEeNNQHfn15g7f26gqIZD2UvRuVI8dcrX6c/edit?usp=sharing - which seems to be reasonable and allows us to keep the cost of the tickets down.
Discussion on potential sponsors
Ruth would like us to have a track which is focused on digital sovereignty, privacy and related topics
Sven suggested we could have the second room in a split track - one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
Ima-Abasi asked how long we expect sessions to be and which types of sessions
Ruth suggested keeping how we've had it before - 45 minute session of 30 minutes and 15min Q&A
Presentation or Panel
We can seed topics that we're interested in within the Call for Speakers

Ethical use of AI in marketing automation

Minus £1 to make it clickbaity :P
Ruth to check the domain CNAME functionality of Zoho Backstage and set up with - perhaps using mauticon.org
