- Sven is building the template for the YouTube thumbnails so that someone else can create the rest. He'll set it up with placeholder tags so that a CSV file can be uploaded and bulk-upload can be used to create one slide per session. Action: Sven to create the basic outline once he has the CSV, and will create the pre- and post-roll bumpers
- Action: Ruth to export the file from Sessionize and Sven will import the file, someone else needs to import the images and tweak the layout.
- Action: To post a call for volunteers to process the YouTube thumbnails
- Maybe we could see if we can find someone who could take on the YouTube channel management - maybe we can create a role for YouTube channel manager - they could then repurpose the content into shorts and generally find ways to better grow our audience (and finally get to monetisation!) Action: Ruth to write up a job description for a YouTube channel manager Sven to write one up for social media manager.
- Perhaps it's good to have specific roles in the MautiCon team as well as the wider project and specifically post those out for people to 'apply' to? We can draft those up for the next event/s
- To share a suggestion in Slack for the dates for next year's event (and start preparing/planning early!)

- @Sven Döring to write up a role description for a volunteer social media manager to cover project-wide and set strategy to grow our channels, and coordinate with event teams like MautiCon to find contributors who will support those events before/during/after the event
- All to contribute learnings on the Google Doc so we can learn from them
- @Ruth Cheesley (she/her) to archive off the Mautic Conference Global website before we start to refactor it for Portugal
Opportunities to contribute:
- Create the YouTube thumbnails from the basic design Sven will create - upload images of speaker/s to replace the placeholder (we can provide in a zip file), tweak layout to meet the requirements of the session (e.g. multi-speaker sessions) (reach out to @Sven Döring if you'd like to take this on!)
