From logistics and event design to marketing efforts and sponsor relations, our discussions cover a wide spectrum. It's a vibrant forum where your ideas can truly make a difference!

Actions from last meeting

  1. Ruth will do the welcome session, rolled into the keynote. Ekke will ask Niklas/Dirk to be the track lead
  2. We could add a sponsor slide to the countdown timers so they're featured before each session - Ekke to ask in marketing team and see if someone will pick it up, with Sven as a fallback.
  3. Need to follow up on Airmeet design work from Sven
  4. Need to test the Konfhub -> airmeet integration, making sure users get their Airmeet link. Ruth and Rahul to figure out the process with n8n
  5. Ekke to upload Spreadshirt designs to Drive and Ruth to add to Spreadshirt
  6.  Give Lisbon event the go-ahead and request confirmation of the location (Ruth to action on the portal)

Notes from this meeting

  1. Ekke will be track lead for the opening keynote
  2. Sven can do the countdown timer - just need to send the videos for the countdown timer and the image for the sponsor slides
  3. Ruth to pass Sven a list of sponsors + their tiers and he'll make that happen
  4. Check the visual assets for Airmeet and let Marketing know if anything's missing.
  5. Ruth to bulk upload users from Konfhub to Airmeet so users get their tickets, and set up n8n workflow to process ongoing.
  6. Lisbon has the go ahead but no updates so far. Would be good to plan out the marketing a bit more strategically over time - to ask for someone to join the marketing channel.
  7. Last session on day 1 needs to reschedule ideally so we can finish an hour earlier.
  8. Leuchtfeuer has submitted their sponsored session which will go into a slot day 2 - Madlen to reschedule
  9. Madlen will make fluid space for networking in the breaks
  10. Ruth to add the keynote on Sessionize for scheduling
  11. Sven is happy to help with writing announcements for the Airmeet platform on a google sheet for us to schedule
  12. Ruth's keynote on day 1 will be pre-recorded due to using a lot of videos
  13. We will also announce on social media for the MautiCon in person location announcement - Sven to chat with Ricardo/Lenon to see if they can help with writing the copy/creating the imagery
  14. Check with all track leads that they have contacted the speakers and heard from them (Madlen)
