🔍🌐 During the Mauticon Working Group meetings, we brainstorm, plan, and share progress updates on various aspects of the Mautic Conferences. From logistics and event design to marketing efforts and sponsor relations, our discussions cover a wide spectrum. It's a vibrant forum where your ideas can truly make a difference!

• Reach out to the folks on Sessionize who said their companies might be interested (Ruth can do that)
• Action: Ruth to pull data from Sessionize and start outreach 121

• Also sponsors and speakers - and maybe social promos for ticket sales.
• Videos
• All are uploaded on Google Drive, Sven will upload to YouTube.

• Sven still to find someone to do the Airmeet outfit
• Keynotes
• Perhaps we can make it focused on the 10 year anniversary theme. Andy as 'speaker' for that, incorporating videos from other contributors from the past including DB, Alan and others. Anecdotes, greetings. Madlen has reached out to Andy but nobody has yet reached out. Ruth will be a fallback if needed.
• Action: Ruth to start preparing a list of people to contact and a brief of what we want from them (could be anecdotes, greets, ... - short or longer ("30 sec - 3 minutes"?), also "please suggest more people involved"
• Track leads
• We probably need a couple more track leads - Madlen is out this week - will follow it up next week when she's back.
• In person event
• We have a stronger team interested in hosting in Lisbon, Portugal than Miami at this time.
