• Mike will look into whether there's the possibility of tracking in more depth the actions we are directing people to on the tour guide
• Tour guide content to be validated and then implemented - ideally next week is the meeting
• Mike to open a ticket internally about considering open sourcing the tour guide

Notes from this meeting

• There's a good pipeline of people who are coming in through the trials - some are quite big ones. Lots of people being forced to look at budget which is bringing them to Mautic. A large one in France and a large one in Brazil also. Action: Jeroen to update the shared sheet or have a public facing dashboard, so the trials team are aware of the deals in the pipeline.
• Jeroen will check in on the calendar bookings which are currently going to Mike and set up a separate calendar so that we can pick those up. Action: Jeroen to share with Ruth the link to be used (or update the emails/landing pages accordingly).
• Anderson will be picking up the emails and will look into why some people aren't getting a password reset email.
