Canvis a "Proposal to adopt the latest (January 2025) Big Mac Index data update"

This proposal is to formally adopt the latest update to the base dataset and values from the Big Mac Index used to determine the pro-rated values for individual membership, which can be found in the second tab at https://mau.tc/big-mac (filter by the January 2025 date).
