Änderungen an „Governance Working Group: General Assembly planning meeting“

Promoting the General Assembly meeting and ensuring that all members are aware of the date

Encouraging people to become members so that they can participate

Coming up with fun ideas to encourage/entice people to attend

Preparing the agenda by working with the Council, Leadership Team and members to solicit proposals before the 5th June when voting starts.

Organising the practicalities of the event - running the meeting, collating the outcomes from votes, and documenting the meeting notes, perhaps even organising translators so that we can include our multilingual communities
