Notes from this meeting:

1. Financial update: some concerns concerning budgets for the next months (September). Missing revenues from ELTS. Expecting revenues from sprints/mauticon + campaign to recruit donators.

2. ChatBot: in progress, Ekke is following up.

3. Certification program: working group (wg-certification) created (18 in the group), ETA November for the first certification.

4. AI initiative: Discussions on whether we should consider moving the MCP work that Kuzmany has done into core, or whether we should consider what Symfony is already providing as official bundles (see https://github.com/symfony/ai)

1. Need to have further discussion (team or portal) about language choice and maintenance approach

2. ACTION: Norman to ask Kuzmany what is his strategy about this work.

5. Marketplace status: Marketplace plugin submissions require manual security team reviews, but the team is overwhelmed.

1. Ruth is working on a proposal to implement automated checks

2. Jan is working on improving the marketplace UI

6. “Campaign” renaming: Community sprint group suggested renaming "Campaigns" to "Automations" for marketing alignment

1. Norman mentioned that the renaming effort could be massive and doesn't guarantee alignment with industry standards

2. Norman suggested that investing resources in this could be an overkill

3. Council decision needed - Whether to proceed with public debate involving marketers and developers, considering resource constraints and technical risks

4. Suggestion is to put it back to the community and get more insights and opinions to determine whether this renaming suggestion is needed or not. ACTION: Ruth to take it up on portal.

7. Reboot the community team - Ambassador program update ? -

2. The goal is to encourage people to become country ambassadors to drive local adoption, support meetup groups, and create multicamps

3.  Ruth asked if anyone wanted to be involved or become an ambassador in the respective region to reach out to her.

8. Mautic Conference update?

1.  Call for speakers deadline is Jan 20th - https://2025.mauticon.org

2. Ruth asked for suggestions on the Keynote speakers

3.  Promotions going on on social media and email campaign will be launched soon. 

9. Feedbacks from Mautic Quality Sprint in Prague ?

1.  Ekke shared that the sprint was successful, focused on quality

4.  Ekke shared the thought around replicating the focused or monothematic sprint for better outcomes.
