Community Portal Working Group

The Weekly Check-in Meeting for the Mautic Community Portal Working Group serves as a regular forum for the team to connect, review our progress, and align goals for the next phase.

Taking a deep dive into the health, functionality, and evolution of the Decidim instance, we discuss updates, review open issues, brainstorm enhancements, and engage in open dialogue to foster continuous improvement of the community portal.

This meeting builds on our collective commitment to maintain a vibrant Mautic community. Come prepared to share, learn, and strategize as we continue to refine our community engagement platform.

Notes

• Hadrien has encountered some problems in the upgrade process to the latest 0.27.x release as there's an unsupported version of Linux at Infomaniak. He's going to have to work around it.
• Proposed date for upgrade will be Wednesday, 27th November in the morning, with monday and tuesday for QA/testing.
• Ruth to make a status page maintenance phase and inform the community
• We will have user timezones with this release, hurrah!
• Work continues to upgrade to 0.29, it's a much bigger project and likely will be ready in H1 2025.

Actions:

• Hadrien to work around the shortcoming from Infomaniak and get the update ready to deploy for Wednesday next week with the test/dev environment on Monday/Tuesday for testing
• Ruth to set a maintenance period on the status page
• Ruth to inform community of outage on Wednesday next week.
