Campaign Library phase 1 delivery - weekly update 18 Apr

Project name: Campaign Library Phase 1
Status: 🟠 Minor delay

We're maintaining the "minor delay" classification for the Campaign Library Phase 1 project.

The team is currently working through the code review process, during which we made the strategic decision to defer bundle structure changes until after the testing phase. Team collaboration remains strong, though our commitment to high quality has extended our timelines somewhat.

We are approaching the testing phase but have not yet begun. Some illness within the team, coupled with the advent of Easter bank holidays, has further extended our completion schedule. I am still hopeful that only 1 more sprint will be required, but there is a likelihood that a further sprint beyond that will be needed.

The primary risk at this point is the potential discovery of significant issues during testing that would require substantial remediation effort. I am unwilling to squeeze the testing effort in order to meet a sooner date - as that could jeopardise the quality invested in the work so far.

On a positive note, we have initiated documentation work to ensure comprehensive reference materials will be available for new users of the system.
