Campaign Library - Phase 2- Sprint 8 Delivery

We’re happy to share that Sprint 8 of the Campaign Library Phase 2 project has been successfully completed.

This sprint focused on strengthening the core contributor workflow, improving upload and sharing capabilities, and continuing progress toward a complete end-to-end marketplace experience.

Sprint 8 – Summary

At a high level, the work completed includes:

Multi-Step Campaign Upload Flow

Significant progress was made on the multi-step package upload experience, establishing the backend foundation required for a scalable contributor-driven workflow.

Campaign Upload & Publishing Experience

Continued integrating the upload, publish, and package management flow to move closer toward a complete Mautic to Marketplace sharing experience.

Campaign Sharing Improvements

Advanced the direct campaign sharing pipeline between Mautic and the Marketplace, including stability improvements, validation enhancements, and staging readiness.

Authentication & Platform Stability

Improved platform reliability and authentication handling across staging and production environments to support smoother contributor workflows.

Marketplace Experience Enhancements

Enhanced the publish experience and continued improving package presentation, translations, metadata handling, and contributor usability.

Frontend Progress & Continuous Unblocking

Continued supporting frontend development across browse, upload, profile, and repository-related experiences while clearing backend and integration blockers in parallel.

Current State

The contributor upload and sharing workflow is steadily evolving toward a complete end-to-end experience.

Marketplace upload and publish foundations are now substantially in place.

Frontend and backend development continue progressing in parallel with improved integration stability.

The project remains on track toward beta-ready contributor and package management flows.

What’s Next – Sprint 9

The next sprint will focus on completing and stabilizing the core marketplace experience.

Key areas include:

• Finalizing the end-to-end upload, publish, and package display workflow
• Supporting campaign template addition through the upload flow
• Continuing Stripe Connect integration groundwork
• Expanding testing coverage across upload, sharing, and publish flows
• Continuing frontend improvements and contributor experience enhancements
