Creating a new segment at Campaign Builder

Has your proposal been discussed on the Mautic Forums already?
-No

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, when opening the Campaign Builder, users can only select from existing segments. If a required segment does not exist, the user must leave the Campaign Builder, navigate to the Segments section, create the segment, and then return to the campaign.

This context switching breaks workflow, increases friction, and slows down campaign creation—especially when building campaigns iteratively or during live client sessions.

Describe the solution you'd like
Allow users to create a new segment directly within the Campaign Builder (for example, via an inline “Create Segment” option in the segment selector).

Once created, the new segment should be immediately available and selectable in the Campaign Builder without requiring a page reload or navigation away from the campaign.

This would significantly improve usability and speed up campaign creation.

Describe alternatives or workarounds you've considered
The current workaround is to pre-create all required segments before starting campaign setup, or to leave the Campaign Builder mid-configuration to create a segment and then return.

While functional, this approach is inefficient and error-prone, particularly for complex campaigns or during rapid iteration.

Additional context
This feature would align with existing UX patterns in Mautic where related entities (e.g., emails, forms) can often be created inline or with minimal navigation.

It would be especially beneficial for agencies and power users who frequently build and adjust campaigns.

Does this issue could impact on users private data?
