Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Event Date: 4-5 November 2024

Commitment: 4-5 hours per week on average, with increased activity during key periods such as when the schedule is being prepared.

About the Role:

Mautic Conference Europe is seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Volunteer Web Tech Lead to manage all aspects of the web technologies required to run and promote our upcoming event in Lisbon, Portugal. This role is essential for ensuring the event's website is up-to-date, functional, and engaging for attendees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Leadership: Lead the planning, development, and maintenance of the conference website, ensuring it meets the needs of the event and its attendees.
• Team Building: Recruit and manage a team of volunteers to assist with website updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• WordPress Management: Oversee the management and updating of the WordPress website, ensuring all content is accurate and timely.
• Content Updates: Ensure the website content is regularly updated, including event schedules, speaker information, and other relevant details.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team leads to ensure the website aligns with the overall event strategy and marketing efforts.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for any website-related issues that arise before and during the event.
• Availability: Commit to 4-5 hours per week on average, with increased activity during key periods such as when the schedule is being prepared.
