Meeting Minutes
Attendees

- Mike Van Hemelrijck
Notes from this meeting
- Update on progress with the site and identifying the main blockers to launch
- Achilles has made big progress on things like the mobile menu, company services
- We haven't got case studies filtered on company pages currently, decided it could be a phase 2
- Achilles has made a custom plugin with our customised elementor blocks which he's committed to the GitHub repo: https://github.com/mautic/mautic-website/tree/member-services-widget
- Real Cookie Banner config regarding Mautic - perhaps we can just use Mautic in GTM instead of via the WordPress plugin, and have it blocked by the cookie tool based on the script. Mike / Sven to look into this.
- Ruth asked Mike for help completing the Manage Mautic page which needs connecting up to the payment gateway
- We will price it in dollars but Mike will check that will be possible.
- Ruth also asked for help in styling the releases page.
- Sven agreed to take on getting a basic Google Analytics setup working on the site pre launch so we can track the basics like conversions on the trials / purchasing, and signups for the newsletter
- Mike mentioned we need to check for thank you pages which might have been missed in creating the new site
- Download Mautic
- Trial sign up
- Newsletter sign up
- Do we need a managed mautic thank you page?
- Event signups/hacktoberfest?
- Aim for a go-live on Thursday morning
- Ruth to reach out to Hostnet to let them know
- All to check and review the pre-flight checklist
- Ruth/Sven to give marketing a heads up of the plans.
