Notes

  • Members and partners is basically done, there is a CTA to become a member: https://mauticstaging.com/members-partners/ 
  • Form is already set up, but it isn't yet a Mautic form - MIke can look into that.
  • We allow the company to add up to four services (and it will be set up to show automatically)
  • We filter by country, by service and by vertical.
  • The case studies is also set up but it's a little bit more challenging pulling in the different case studies
  • We will filter by company, by service and by vertical for case studies as country is less relevant here.
  • We won't link the verticals at this time, but later we might link to the vertical landing page
  • Case studies need to be featured as it's a perk of the members, we discussed that we change the perk to having one case study which is featured and then that's featured for 12 months and shown in rotation.
  • Mike is working on the vertical layouts as well, it's a bit complex but still in progress.
  • Need to add a subscribe to the newsletter form - horizontal layout - ACTION: Ruth to create the signup form
  • Ruth has built the requirements page https://mauticstaging.com/mautic-requirements/
  • Mike has content for the Download page, Trial signup page and the Product / get started/hosting page - to share for review.
  • To continue working through building out the pages and getting the site ready to launch
  • ACTION: Ruth to inform Kauě that we plan to move over to their dev area on the 16th December with a view to content freeze on 20th December and go live on the 6th January.
  • Sven will start to focus on the tracking and analytics once we have the stable UI to work from - we will work with some basic tracking / tagging analytics on the key pages like CTAs, download page, trial, contact partners, etc and have basic tracking of interests in Mautic. We can then build out some Looker Studio reports which present those conversion points and show us a KPI dashboard for the site.
  • ACTION: Spin up the SEO team to get working on optimisation for the content on the site as we're building them and set up a workflow to ensure contribution credits
  • Keyword research for each page, what keywords do we want to rank for, and then how do we optimize.
  • Do we need to keep the older blog posts, generally only for SEO if it's relevant/useful
  • Redirects also need to be in place - ACTION: create all pages for the new site even if without content, with the correct URL slugs, for this to happen

Actions from this meeting:

  1. Ruth to create newsletter signup form for horizontal layout, Mike will insert & style
  2. Ruth to advise Kauě of the plans for deployment/testing
  3. Ruth to spin up the SEO team to help with getting the site ready
  4. All to make sure that every content page is present with the correct URL slug by the end of this week so the SEO team can get to work with redirects
