The MautiCon Working Group's core purpose is to plan, organize, and execute Mautic's official global conferences. These events serve as the primary platform for our community members to come together, share innovative ideas, and nurture connections, showcasing the vibrancy and strength of the Mautic community.

The MautiCon Working Group is organized in a collaborative, team-oriented structure, where each member has a specific role that contributes to the overall success of the Mautic Conferences. The group is led by a Working Group Lead who coordinates the efforts, sets the directions, and ensures that the group is working effectively towards meeting their objectives.
The different roles within the group vary based on the events being organised and includes Volunteer Co-ordinators who are overall leaders of the event, Event Planners, Marketing & Communications Coordinators, Sponsor Relations Managers, and several others. Each role has its specific responsibilities but works closely with the other team members to ensure that all aspects of the conference—from planning, promoting and executing—are efficiently managed.
Regular meetings are held to discuss progress, address challenges, and ensure everyone is aligned towards the common goal. Collaborative tools and platforms are used to streamline communication and workflow among the members of the group. The entire process is transparent, inclusive, and highly collaborative, promoting a sense of ownership and community spirit.
