Notes:
Venue:
- We need an update on the status of discussions relating to the venue
Program:
- We have a workshop/training day on the Friday 16th - need to organise it and book venue etc
- Awards event on the Saturday evening to try to keep people around for Sunday
- We need some activities on Sunday as well to keep people there for the community sprint
- Sessionize is set up and ready to go for the Call for Speakers as soon as the venue is confirmed
- We should start to find people we want to target for keynote speakers soon
- Ideally people in India, either within Mautic or perhaps from the wider marketing, business development, open source communities?
- All: Will start to build a list of who will be targeted/invited
- Need to figure out how many keynote slots we will have so we can figure out who to target
Marketing:
- Ideally we want to start to promote things as soon as we have a date
- Surabhi will look for volunteers to help with the design for the marketing promos

Actions:
- Rahul will update on status of venue
- Avi will make a tab on the sheet and start collating potential keynote speakers
- All: Suggest keynote speakers from Mautic, marketing industry, business development etc
- Surabhi will create a communications plan to announce and promote the event (including sending emails)
- Leads: Create epics and tasks on the Jira board for the tasks which need to be worked on.
- Ruth: Create a board for the event with a filter to only show tasks for this event
- Avi will work on the sponsorship brochure once the venue is confirmed in Canva and share collaboratively
- Surabhi & Avi will work on the brand so we can use this with the comms and promotional material.
