Venue:
- Rahul has passed on the info to the university departments but as it's Diwali many folks are on vacation, hopefully we will have some response next week
- Catering will likely be provided by their catering departments
- Approx costs 60k INR for auditorium, 120K INR for 3 course meal for 250 people, Classrooms (1-2) around 10k, so almost 200k INR total per day, might be extra for a tented area which would be for sponsor booths and chatting / networking
- Disscussions as to whether there might be a smaller auditorium (100-150) at the college of Engineering in the centre of Pune, haven't heard back yet.
- Mohit suggested Symbiosis might be better as it's nearer to the airport and better connected. There are several locations, but one of them might not be an option if there's an elections happening. Trying to aim for the one that's closer to the hotels / airport.
- We should ask about internet connectivity and whether we can record and/or stream. Hopefully the A/V should be in place as we're using a University.

- We have listed out the expected expenses in the spreadsheet and discussed how we might manage the requirements for the physical items
Attendance
- Aiming for around 100 attendees
- We want to reach out to PHP developers and other related/similar projects, as well as people who already know Mautic.
Call for speakers
- We will need to make a sessionize page for the event
- Ruth will clone the previous in-person event and tailor
- We will add tracks for Developing with Mautic and Developing with Symfony and PHP
Mautic awards event
- Ruth suggested that we hold the first Mautic Awards event on the evening of the first day
- Will look to find someone who can help with organising the event so as not to put additional pressure on the MautiCon team
Website
- Mohit will work on website - Ruth to add him as a user.
Comms
- We can start to prepare the comms, social announcements, email copy, design/brand in advance of having a date and venue confirmed.
- Ruth to add team members to the Canva account
