Notes from this meeting

• Some of the servers are a little full, but 7/8 are full at this time, so there's a cleanup happening. About 25 instances should have been deleted which weren't, probably due to contact being removed from Mautic.
• After 7 days we'll send a 'do you still need your Mautic trial instance' email and require them to click through to keep it active. If no click, we delete after 2 more days. ACTION: Mike to action changes to the email workflows in Mautic
• Mike will clean up the email drip so it's only a couple of emails. Give all resources in email 1, and CTA to book a call on both emails. ACTION: Mike to abbreviate the trials email workflows
• The tour guide is now in final testing and should be deployed to new instances from the end of next week. It mainly focuses on getting the tracking script installed, and importing contacts at this time.
• Maybe we can open source this, it might be valuable for the wider project. ACTION: Mike will chat through with the team internally to see if we can do this.
• We should review progress and see how things are going, what are the success signals that we see for the ones who are interested in converting
