• Mike was looking into the tooling we could use for the tour guide
• There is a new tool being used and content, and it's being implemented at the moment
• Also trying to add tracking code to make sure they're using it properly (e.g. adding the Mautic tracking code on their website) as a first step.

Notes from this meeting

1.  Stopping with the cold calling as it's not working at this time - most are the wrong people to convert at the tiers we have
2. Hard to speak with people from India, Brazil etc - not at the right level of business
3. One customer that's converting from the trials and came in via calling - not sure what tier that will be on.
4. We are still only relying on the organically generated leads but we haven't got the budget yet
5. We're going to focus more on the marketing inbound lead generation.
6. Need to really focus on making sure people really use Mautic in the trial period - that's the focus right now
7. Discussed progress on the website rebuild project and how that's going to help with driving trials and enabling us to reach the right audience segments.
