Apologies

Actions from previous meeting

  1. Action: Mike will follow up with Andy/John to see if there's any way to set the priority on a specific segment to be higher, as it's losing us trial customers. > Went for a different option, they click on a form on the landing page which avoids the delays. Might end up with lower conversion but at least they receive the email in a timely way.
  2. Action: Ruth to propose taking someone on part time to manage the website project to Council using existing Marketing Team budget which is to date unused > Proposed on Slack waiting for feedback
  3. Action: Ruth to set up a working group under the Marketing Team for the website project > https://community.mautic.org/assemblies/website-working-group

Notes from this meeting

  • Mike is working on first wireframes for the website based on feedback from Jerome and Anderson alongside Ruth's feedback already provided. Should be prepared this week.
  • Action: Ruth to create a separate Slack channel for the new website project
  • Mike has more time freed up to work on the trials phase 2 now.
  • Priorities: Onboarding guide, plus smaller improvements which will be done first.
  • Writing the content for the onboarding guide - start has been made here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1VJ4imnlPdcG2buTE_q7UZoU__7FyybR0mHcn3uBih-s/edit?usp=sharing
  • Need to prepare the scope for the new website and how this will work for driving more (and more relevant) trial signups / attracting more of an SME audience.
