Notes

  • Dominique shared some feedback from the trials so far
  • We are not really attracting the people who can make the most gain from using Mautic.
  • We have only used organic promotion so far - so people have to already know about Mautic. So perhaps we need to focus on this when we rebuild the site. 
  • Sometimes the emails are not getting through, just the first one - the rest get through. Mike will check if the email maybe has some issues flagging up as spam?
  • People are not coming back because they aren't getting the email with the signup details so we need to fix this. The password reset is also sometimes not getting through.
  • Action: Mike will give Ruth a list of emails of people who aren't receiving the first email so we can follow up with that.
  • Action: Ruth to get mailfloss integration fixed
  • People aren't really using Mautic. They seem to just log in and click around and then not come back.
  • We should perhaps focus on whether we can do the walk through?
  • We know a lot more about what needs to go into the tour guide now based on feedback
  • Action: Next week Mike will have a list of actions and will start building a project plan.
  • We need to be clear about the pricing upfront (and the other options - e.g. self hosting, other SaaS providers)
  • Do we need to perhaps consider partnering with someone who can offer the lower price tier? And/or specialising in the main markets (eg brazil) where Dropsolid doesn't have a big presence?
  • Can we also include case studies, ROI calculator, etc to help people understand Mautic's potential?
