Mautic Trials Working Group

A regular meeting of the working group building the Mautic trials infrastructure and marketing.

Notes

• We're going to use Posthog for the analytics in-product
• There will be a popup inside Mautic on day 15 telling them that the trial has expired
• We will allow them to log into Mautic after the trial ends but the popup will show which will stop them from doing anything in Mautic itself.
• Can we switch off the cron jobs and empty the spool to stop things going out? Mike will check in with Mattias.
• The landing page is now up and running, and people will go to that landing page from within Mautic and the email post-conversion
• Dashboard: There are some dashboards set up in Looker Studio but we need to validate the data before we make it public.
• Dashboards will be made public but for now we're just checking the visuals and making sure the numbers are correct.
• Ruth needs access to view - request sent, Mike will follow up.
• Leads: 
• Some good conversations, some weird ones too - one had no idea, hadn't subscribed and had no idea how he came to be subscribed but he had verified his email address - we will keep an eye on this, maybe it was an auto-click from a mail server?
• Some who got the second email but not the first email (with the login) - being looked into, maybe in their spam, some contacted and asked for a login so at least they weren't missed.
• No conversions just yet but some really positive conversations.
• Ruth needs to fix the Mailfloss integration
• Axelerant are partnering with Dropsolid to help with content being written for the how-tos
