• Conversion landing page is ready - just have to finalise the pricing https://dropsolid.io/extend-your-trial 
• Leads are coming in and there are calls going out, just to get feedback from the users at this time, not so much up-selling.
• Had two people filling out the NPS score, we know which mails they are opening etc but it isn't telling us much
• There are a lot of people who don't speak English, many don't answer, some are annoyed at being called - so not much feedback yet.
• Can we add Analytics to the Trials so we can learn who is logging in when etc - to look into options like https://github.com/PostHog/posthog 
• Need to fix the deletion issue - Ruth to add a check in the workflow to look for whether a trial is active, and if so to delay the deletion request.
