Airmeet Conference Platform

Previously we have successfully used Airmeet Conference for our Global events for the last two years. It has been very successful and worked well for us.

The renewal has come up (DUE ON 13th JANUARY) and it's going to come in as follows:

Airmeet virtual events plan (conference), attendee based:
1. 200 Attendees per event free
2. Unlimited registrations and events in a year.
3. 10 organizers.
4. Additional attendees at $5 each

Cost: $6500 (actual cost $7600, applied relevant discount)

This plan gives access to the webinar format also with the same specifications above, which we can use for meetups, sprints and so forth.

This proposal is to use Airmeet for one more year giving the short timescales, and then we should consider doing a full review of the available solutions.
