Governance Working Group: General Assembly planning meeting

This meeting is to form a small team who will help with:
Promoting the General Assembly meeting and ensuring that all members are aware of the date
Encouraging people to become members so that they can participate
Coming up with fun ideas to encourage/entice people to attend
Preparing the agenda by working with the Council, Leadership Team and members to solicit proposals before the 5th June when voting starts.
Organising the practicalities of the event - running the meeting, collating the outcomes from votes, and documenting the meeting notes, perhaps even organising translators so that we can include our multilingual communities

An opportunity for all attendees to introduce themselves and share a little about their involvement with Mautic and how they'd like to be involved.
Outline of the General Assembly [ 13:40 - 14:00]
Run through of what the General Assembly meeting needs to include from the governance model perspective and how we've organised it last year.

Ideas for promoting the General Assembly [ 14:00 - 14:20]
I'd like to run a membership drive to encourage people to become a part of Mautic in the run up to the General Assembly meeting. We also need to encourage existing members to join the meeting. Let's brainstorm some ideas for how we can make this happen.
