We should discuss the following points in this agenda item:</p><ul><li>Team leads stepping up and re-igniting their teams to find contributors who can help with off-loading tasks from Ruth, so that she can focus on driving forward the fundraising efforts by identifying and building relationships with potential parters</li><li>Identifying and supporting the nurturing of potential corporate members from within your own networks (clients, contacts, users etc)</li><li>Possibility of having some sales support as a volunteer working group to carry out research and identify potential leads</li><li>Ideas for growing the individual member base (e.g. the <a href=\"https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikimedia_Foundation\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Wikimedia Foundation's funding base</a> is made up of many small donations - we have a very wide user base, so we could consider how we can leverage this approach while we build the larger corporate / grant donations)</li></ul><h2>Benefits / impact</h2><p>Mautic's growth is dependent on quickly becoming financially stable so that we have a solid foundation from which to grow.
