Änderungen an „Review financial plan“

Problem statement

Mautic needs to establish financial stability so that we can continue on our trajectory of growth. To do this we need to be strategic about how we do this, and clear about the scale of the task ahead of us.

Detailed proposal

I propose we review the 2023 numbers and the 12 month cash flow plan. We should discuss the following points in this agenda item:

• Team leads stepping up and re-igniting their teams to find contributors who can help with off-loading tasks from Ruth, so that she can focus on driving forward the fundraising efforts by identifying and building relationships with potential parters
• Identifying and supporting the nurturing of potential corporate members from within your own networks (clients, contacts, users etc)
• Possibility of having some sales support as a volunteer working group to carry out research and identify potential leads
• Ideas for growing the individual member base (e.g. the Wikimedia Foundation's funding base is made up of many small donations - we have a very wide user base, so we could consider how we can leverage this approach while we build the larger corporate / grant donations)

Benefits / impact

Mautic's growth is dependent on quickly becoming financially stable so that we have a solid foundation from which to grow. This will enable us to scale the resources we have available in the community into the future, enabling us to continue to innovate and grow into the future.
