This is the main regular meeting of the Mautic Community Team.
In this we basically aim to create and improve the structures and come up with the right impulses,
in order to help the global Mautic community as well as all the local Mautic communities to grow, to be valuable and to be fun!

We do this in a live video call (60 minutes max), and continue that for 24 hours in an asynchronous meeting, i.e. in Slack #t-community (with a separate thread per topic). Sounds complicated, but is really easy and allows people in all time zones to join in.

Guests are very welcome, so please don't be shy - even if you are not even sure what to expect!
