Meeting Minutes
Attendees
- Ruth Cheesley
- Hadrian Froger
Notes
- Working on a problem with our instance as we're using the sessions gem which others aren't using - it's not yet updated to the last version of Rails so it fails the build, Hadrien is looking into whether we still need this gem.
- Simple impersonation also isn't ready but Ruth says she doesn't use it.
- Also filling a form more than once - again we don't really use this
- Ruth will check the scoped admins feature on the pokecode dev environment to ensure it's working as expected
- Ruth forward Hadrien an email notification which had duplicated events without any context as to why, it should be improved to show context.
- Checked backups for the portal but it seems they've been failing since May - something to do with the Jelastic token/password which we're going to reset and get the backups flowing again.
- Password updated on GitHub Secrets
- There should be an email to inform of backups but that isn't coming - so we need to check that, Hadrien will have a look.
