Campaign Library - Phase 2- Sprint 11- Project closure
Status: 🟢 Completed
Hello everyone, 👋
We're happy to share that Sprint 11, the final sprint of the Campaign Library - Phase 2 project has been successfully completed.
This sprint focused on final stabilization, refining the user experience, strengthening security, completing documentation and wrapping up the project for handover.
Sprint 11 – Summary
At a high level, this sprint focused on final stabilization and project completion. We refined the package presentation. Completed another round of end-to-end testing across the upload, sharing and publishing workflows, addressed feedback and implemented additional security improvements. The two-way Campaign Library experience is now complete, allowing campaigns to be published and installed from both Mautic and the Marketplace. We also delivered the developer documentation to support future contributors and ongoing maintenance.
Project Outcome
Campaign Library Phase 2 has successfully delivered its primary goal of making campaigns portable across Mautic instances through a centralized Campaign Library. Contributors can now package, publish and share campaigns directly from Mautic or the Marketplace, while users can discover and install reusable campaign templates from either platform. This phase also established the foundation of a reusable Campaign Library with real campaign templates, improved the overall sharing workflow, and delivered the documentation needed to support future contributors and ongoing community development.
