Status: 🟢 On Target

Hello everyone, đź‘‹

We're happy to share that Sprint 10 of the Campaign Library Phase 2 project has been successfully completed.

As we are nearing the project closure this sprint focused on delivering the complete multi-step package upload experience, strengthening deployment reliability, expanding automated test coverage and laying the foundation for campaign template publishing.

Sprint 10 – Summary

At a high level, the work completed includes:

Multi-Step Package Upload

Completed and polished the end-to-end multi-step upload wizard for campaign packages and templates. The upload experience was refined with a guided workflow, improved validation, centralized configuration and enhanced package handling to provide a more seamless contributor experience.

Campaign Sharing Pipeline

Successfully merged and stabilized the direct Mautic-to-Marketplace campaign sharing pipeline, making the complete sharing workflow available on staging for comprehensive end-to-end testing and further validation.

Deployment & Infrastructure Improvements

Strengthened the deployment process by improving production migration reliability and enhancing deployment automation. Infrastructure updates also introduced automated Docker image cleanup to improve server stability while providing better visibility into deployment warnings.

Platform Maintenance

Reviewed and merged multiple Symfony dependency updates, ensuring the platform remains current, maintainable, and aligned with the latest framework improvements.

Campaign Template Foundation

Began building the initial collection of production-ready campaign templates, including assets, metadata, and Packagist integration, establishing the foundation for future campaign template publishing through the Marketplace.

Automated Test Coverage

Expanded functional testing across the upload workflow by introducing reusable test infrastructure, comprehensive API testing, and improved mock services, significantly increasing confidence in the end-to-end upload pipeline.

Current State

  • The direct campaign sharing pipeline is merged and available on staging for end-to-end testing.

  • The complete multi-step package upload workflow is now implemented and significantly more robust.

  • Deployment reliability and production infrastructure have been strengthened through automation improvements.

  • Campaign template development is underway with the first set of templates prepared for Marketplace integration.

  • Functional test coverage continues to expand, improving platform reliability and development confidence.

What's Next – Sprint 11

The final sprint will focus on project closure, ensuring the platform is production-ready through stabilization, refinement, and final validation activities.

Key areas include:

  • Continued stabilization and end-to-end testing of the complete sharing workflow

  • Additional usability improvements across the upload and publishing experience

  • Completing remaining frontend and backend refinements

  • Project closure activities, including documentation, demo sessions, and knowledge transfer

  • Continuous support for security audits, bug fixes, stakeholder feedback, and potential enhancements

  • Preparing future reference technical documentation

  • Further strengthening automated testing and overall documentation

Thank you to everyone involved for the continued collaboration and support! 🚀
