Campaign Library - Phase 2- Sprint 7 Delivery

We’re happy to share that Sprint 7 of the Campaign Library Phase 2 project has been successfully completed.
This sprint was slightly extended to ensure completion of key backend foundations and to support steady frontend progress.
Sprint 7 – Summary
At a high level, the work completed includes:
Campaign Upload – Multi-Step Flow (Core Progress)
This sprint focused on strengthening the campaign upload experience and moving toward a complete, scalable contributor workflow.
Upload Experience – Marketplace UI Foundation
Delivered the initial version of the campaign upload page on the Marketplace, establishing the foundation for the contributor upload experience.
Contributor Experience Enhancements
Introduced support for image galleries, allowing contributors to enrich their campaign templates with visual previews.
Frontend Enablement & Progress Support
Continued unblocking frontend development and supporting progress across key user-facing flows.
Current State
Campaign upload flow is actively taking shape with strong backend foundations.
Marketplace upload interface is established and ready for further enhancement.
Mautic to Marketplace sharing pipeline continues to evolve toward full end-to-end functionality.
Frontend development remains unblocked and progressing in parallel.
The project remains on track and is steadily moving toward a complete contributor-driven campaign sharing experience.
What’s Next – Sprint 8
The next sprint will focus on completing and stabilizing the upload and Download management experience.
Key areas include:
Finalizing the end-to-end upload flow (Mautic → Marketplace → Publish).
Enhancing “My Uploaded Packages” with edit, delete, and management capabilities.
Beginning Stripe Connect integration, including account setup and payment flow design.
Continuing frontend improvements across upload, browse, and profile experiences.
