Campaign Library - Phase 2- Sprint 6 Delivery
Status: 🟢 On target
Hello everyone, 👋
We’re happy to share that Sprint 6 of the Campaign Library Phase 2 project has been successfully completed.
This sprint focused heavily on delivering the end-to-end campaign template upload flow and continuing to unblock frontend progress.
Sprint 6 – Summary
At a high level, the work completed includes:
Campaign Sharing Upload
This was the primary focus of the sprint, delivering the full upload and submission pipeline across both Mautic and Marketplace sides.
Built the Mautic side sharing flow, including metadata form, zip creation (campaign + assets) and POST redirect to the marketplace.
Enabled a smooth redirect from Mautic to the Marketplace, maintaining the user’s session for a seamless experience.
Developed the Marketplace upload flow, allowing users to receive and publish templates securely.
Ensured uploaded templates are linked to the contributor.
Made progress on allowing these templates to be installed back into Mautic from the Marketplace.
User Profile & Ownership
Integrated user profile page with backend APIs.
Added “My Uploaded Packages” view for contributors.
Introduced package ownership model by storing Auth0 user ID.
Established the foundation for future edit, delete, and moderation capabilities.
Current State
End-to-end campaign upload and sharing flow is now established.
User profile and upload UI (Contributor sharing) foundations are in place.
Frontend progress is actively supported and unblocked.
The project remains on track and is now significantly closer to enabling a complete contributor driven campaign sharing experience.
What’s Next – Sprint 7
The next sprint will focus on strengthening user-facing capabilities and supporting frontend progress.
Key areas include:
Enhancing user profile and uploaded packages experience.
Continuing improvements to Browse, upload and user profile pages.
Preparing Stripe Connect integration, including account structure and payment flow design (Implementations are planned for next sprint).
This sprint marks a major milestone toward enabling contributors to seamlessly upload, manage, and share campaign templates within the Mautic Campaign Library.
