Campaign Library phase 1 delivery - weekly update 17 Jan

Hello all

My first post in this area and as a newbie to Mautic I wanted to introduce the project and say what we have been up to this week.

I am planning to provide a regular weekly update, keeping things concise but informative and obviously I am always keen to hear feedback from the community to help steer what we are delivering. I will share any major decisions and how they have been made here too.

This has been the first week working on the project for both myself and Levente, who has been hired as the sole developer. Most of the time has been spent getting ourselves up to speed and researching/preparing work to be delivered. For me as a PM/product person this means thinking through the requirements and how we want the features to work and documenting that as user stories.

For those that are new to the Campaign Library concept, we have published quite a lot about the project in the following spaces:

• Confluence: project overview, team, plan and background, user story map (WIP), initial architecture (WIP)
• JIRA: User story backlog and sprints
• Slack: #wg-campaign-library Working Group channel inc daily updates

Our next step is to start work on a proof of concept for the export and import process next week. I am hoping this will be complete by the time I do my next update next Friday!
