The Weekly Check-in Meeting for the Mautic Community Portal Working Group serves as a regular forum for the team to connect, review our progress, and align goals for the next phase.
Taking a deep dive into the health, functionality, and evolution of the Decidim instance, we discuss updates, review open issues, brainstorm enhancements, and engage in open dialogue to foster continuous improvement of the community portal.

- https://community.mautic.org/assemblies/community-portal-working-group/f/45/meetings/178 getting a bad gateway error oops! - this is happening when there's a template on Etherpad and there was no content written - Decidim asks for the content and Etherpad replies that there's nothing there, and it crashes.
Notes from this meeting
- There's a bug fix for the meeting crashing issue but it's waiting to be contributed back to Decidim. Should be able to get a fix for it though. At least it's impacting only meetings where there were no notes taken!
- Action: Hadrien will look into it and see if we can ship a hotfix
- Action: Ruth to write a feature request to allow bulk-blocking of participates to allow us to deal better with spam accounts.
- Action: Hadrien to deploy the new template and release to prod from Dev.
