Campaign Library - Phase 2- Sprint 9 Delivery

We're happy to share that Sprint 9 of the Campaign Library Phase 2 project has been successfully completed.
This sprint focused on completing and stabilizing the campaign sharing workflow, improving the publishing experience and strengthening the overall reliability of the contributor journey.
Sprint 9 – Summary
At a high level, the work completed includes:
Direct Campaign Sharing
A major milestone was achieved with the completion of the direct campaign sharing workflow between Mautic and the Marketplace. Significant progress was made toward a seamless end-to-end sharing experience, allowing campaign packages to move more reliably through the sharing and publishing process.
Upload Flow Reliability Improvements
Enhanced the upload workflow to better handle package transfers and improve reliability across multi-step processes. Additional safeguards were introduced to help prevent common transfer and configuration issues.
Publish Experience Enhancements
Continued refining the publish workflow with clearer validation feedback and more user-friendly messaging, helping contributors better understand and resolve issues during the publishing process.
Platform Maintenance & Stability
Completed dependency updates and maintenance activities to keep the platform current and support ongoing stability, security and long-term maintainability.
Workflow Stabilization
Focused on improving the overall contributor experience by addressing edge cases, refining end to end workflow and preparing the platform for broader testing and adoption.
Current State
Direct campaign sharing between Mautic and the Marketplace is now in place and ready for continued testing and stabilization.
Upload, sharing, and publishing workflows continue to mature toward a complete end-to-end contributor experience.
Platform reliability and workflow consistency have improved through additional validation and maintenance activities.
The project remains on track toward final integration, testing, and documentation activities.
What's Next – Sprint 10
The next sprint will focus on polishing the core workflow and expanding campaign template support.
Key areas include:
• Further stabilization and testing of the campaign sharing workflow
• Supporting campaign templates within the upload and publishing experience
• Completing remaining frontend and backend integration work
• Expanding end-to-end testing coverage across upload, sharing, and publish flows
• Continuing contributor experience improvements and addressing remaining workflow gaps
